1-Detox Juice

2 chard leaves
1/2 carrot
1/2 lemon
1/2 apple
1/4 cucumber
Grated ginger to taste

125g of yogurt of your choice
75g of nuts
1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation mode:
Blend the yogurt, nuts,
honey and Collagen in a mini food processor until the nuts are ground
to your liking.
Serve the mixture in a bowl with chopped fruits and finish with oats.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pot and sauté a chopped onion.
Add three peeled beets, half a pumpkin peeled and cut into cubes and a quarter of white cabbage cut into julienne strips.
Pour five cups of water, 3 scoops of Saint-Marie de Los Andes Neutral Bovine Collagen and cook over low heat until all the vegetables are tender.
Season with salt, fine herbs and a few drops of lemon.
